Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of you placing your order.

If you have opted for in-store collection, your order will be ready for collection from Copper & Grey within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding Sundays). When your order  ready for collection, we will email you using the details provided at checkout. Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with you when you collect. For security reasons, without this we will be unable to release purchases to you.

Current shop opening hours are: Mon - Sat: 10am-5pm

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and the speed at which you receive your order will depend on which service you choose at check out. Royal Mail services are not guaranteed, but you can expect timescales as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

If you need your item sooner, please Contact Us to check delivery times - if we can get it to you quicker, we will!


We have a no-quibble returns policy. Please inform us of your intention to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can let us know by emailing [email protected]

Purchases are returned at the buyers expense (unless goods are faulty) to the following address:

We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your purchase.

Items must be in their original packagaing and in re-sellable conditions. Items that have been used or worn will not be refunded, unless faulty.

A refund will be issued via original method of payment on receipt of returned goods.

Please note, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings or personalised items.
